I've gotta agree here. I was working on setting up CI/CD with github action for my first time, and I thought I kept doing something wrong because there was no indication of any problems on the UI. I was googling all sorts of stuff, and eventually decided to check the github status page.
* no indication on the PR page that actions are down
* no way to run the actions once actions comes back
My kingdom for a "rerun actions" button...
